Confessions of a fractured spirit

As a child I was bullied relentlessly, because of the fact that I did not view the world the way others did. I was an unusual child. I didn't have much interest in my peers for a long time, preferring to play by myself. I was highly spiritual and had a seemingly inborn knowledge of how people should treat one another (ie, the way you would want to be treated, with kindness). I also seemed to know intuitively that the Divine has no characteristics of an individual living being, because we are all part of the Divine the way your blood is a part of your body.
